Interviews :: Video Portraits :: Boring Experience

In our interviews and observations, it became clear that the most common activity
in the airport is waiting. Or avoiding the wait. Most depoiments were about how the
airport wasn't making any point, users didn't know what to do there, or were not
stimulated by its space design. We then identified four main areas to adress:
Communication, Information, Surprise and Entertainment. Our solutions
pointed towards a digital infotainment system.
